Golf Registration:
Individual Entry .... $250 (early bird registration fees due by April 8)

Foursome .... $900 (early bird registration fees due bu April 8)

(each registration includes green and cart fees, range balls, raffle ticket, tee prize, and one dinner and auction ticket)
