Dear Friend in Christ,

Thirteen years ago, we founded Every Generation Ministries to see children transformed in Christ through His church.  I would like to ask your help in finding candidates for a crucial position in our ministry.  Let me tell you a bit about the need.  

Every Generation Ministries has developed ministries in Belarus, Chile, Egypt, Hungary, Poland and Romania. We currently have over forty staff members from eight countries working in six national ministry centers. These centers are working on a nationwide basis to provide innovative leadership development training for children's workers in local churches. They are also providing high-quality Bible teaching resources. Each ministry is working with numerous Christian denominations under the oversight of a national Board of Directors.

One of the most urgent needs is for Resource Team Directors.  The Resource Team director works in a region to help the National Ministry Teams develop greater effectiveness in training and developing children's workers in local churches.  EGM is currently working in Central Europe, Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.  The Resource Team Director leads the Resource Team to evaluate the effectiveness of our ministries, spearhead new ministry start-ups in other countries in the region and has an extraordinary opportunity to work with children's workers leadership of our thriving ministries and expand our influence with thousands of churches in their ministry with children around the world.    

Another crucial need is for Regional Directors.  These leaders serve on our team in Temecula, California, providing support and direction for the ministry that currently exists in those regions, working with the national boards and staff.  Regional Directors play a crucial role in developing work in new areas that are seeking our help.  We have three countries where we anticipate developing a ministry and staff very soon.  Seven more countries have expressed need for assistance, but we lack the leadership necessary to implement such rapid growth.
