Although our ministry strategy focuses on national leaders reaching children in their own countries, we have a base of American staff and board members who support and sustain the ministry through their governance, administration and ministry support. Our Board of Directors provides visionary governance and leadership to the ministry.  The US staff team oversees the operations of the ministry in the US and provides support for our ministries in the Middle East and Latin America as well as Central and Eastern Europe.
