Although our ministry strategy focuses on national leaders reaching children in their own countries, we have a base of American staff and board members who support and sustain the ministry through their governance, administration and ministry support. Our Board of Directors provides visionary governance and leadership to the ministry. A staff team located in Temecula, California oversees the operations of the ministry and provides support to our ministries in the Middle East and Latin America. Staff members serving in Krakow, Poland provide support to our ministries in Central and Eastern Europe.
