A ministry team is not a missionary outpost, building or structure. The ministry team is composed of national Christian leaders seeking to equip Christians in their own culture for effective ministry. Our EGM ministry teams work with a whole-nation focus to provide innovative leadership development and creative ministry resources. Ministry teams reach out to children, parents, and families through key Christian leaders in local churches throughout their respective countries. Our ministry teams mobilize children’s workers to effectively minister to thousands of young people throughout their country.
