Significant Events:

 

1991-
Daniel Watts and his family move from US to Poland to equip churches to work with children and their families.
1992
-
Leadership Development programs launched in Poland. First Polish Board of Directors is started. Polish ministry is registered with government. Polish staff called to join the ministry.
1993
-
EGM registered in the United States.  First EGM-US Board meeting. 
1994
-
First Bible-teaching materials produced in Poland.
1995
-
EGM-Poland continues growing with nearly 20% of evangelical churches served by the ministry
1997-
Andrzej Michnik called to serve as Director of EGM-Poland.
1998 -
EGM launches second ministry in Hungary.
1999
-
EGM launches third ministry in Belarus. 
2000
-
Training programs and materials being produced in three languages.
2001
-
EGM President, Daniel Watts, travels to Egypt for meetings with church leaders and for teacher-training work. New ministry in Romania is launched. EGM-Belarus produces Russian language Sunday School materials. EGM-Poland publishes all-Polish language early-childhood Bible teaching materials.
2002
-
US office opens. Romanian ministry registered with government. EGM President, Daniel Watts, travels to Chile and sees God open the door of opportunity to launch a new ministry in Latin America. Board selection process in Egypt begins. EGM-Hungary launches new leadership development training program.
2003
-
EGM celebrates its 10 year anniversary with three banquets in the US! EGM-Chile registered in Chile. 
 2004
 -EGM-Egypt first Board of Directors meeting.  EGM-Egypt calls director and initiates strategic Leadership Development targeting 60,000 teachers in next 2 years. John and Heather Chapman as well as Ryan and Kelly Callaghan join staff in US.

 2005

 Krysten Norkaitis is called to be the Latin American Director. 
 2006Field research in Argentina and Mexico begins.  Igor Friedrikh joins the EGM-US staff as the Eastern European Regional Director.  Joe and Julie Cox are called to the EGM-Staff.  Joe serves as the Vice President of International Ministries. 
 2007 -EGM launches a nine year International Curriculum Initiative and Melissa Kirscher is called to lead this project.  Alex Bruda and Stuart Johns are called to the ministry.  Alex works as the Central European Regional Director and Stuart as the Director of Development Systems.  
 2008 - In November of 2008 EGM celebrates 15 years of ministry!  EGM-Romania and EGM-Egypt print the first quarter of nationally developed curriculum materials in conjuction with the International Curriculum Initiative.
