EGM provides teachers with innovative teacher development programs that emphasize three elements:
     

1. Creative ideas and methods for teaching the Bible to children in a way that will help them hear the Word of God, experience the Word of God and become more Christ-like.
   
2. Coming alongside teachers in their ministry setting, by helping them in practical ministry experience and by helping them integrate what they learn from EGM.
3. A commitment to helping teachers develop their own personal spiritual life, knowing that effective ministry flows out of a vibrant growing life with Christ.
