Daniel is the President of Every Generation Ministries (EGM). Since 1991, EGM has worked with local churches to launch and develop a church-based ministry to children and families. Daniel founded the first EGM national ministry center in Poland in 1993. EGM-Poland operates under the authority of a national Board of Directors made up of Christian leaders who govern the mission. EGM-Poland now operates interdenominationaly throughout the country to provide innovative leadership development training for children's workers. EGM also provides national Christian workers with the finest quality Bible teaching resource materials to use in teaching children.

In 2001, Daniel relocated to the United States to establish the first EGM presence in the United States. In addition to developing EGM’s infrastructure and funding resources, Daniel is overseeing the expansion of the ministry into new regions of the world.


Prior to founding EGM, Daniel served ten years as the Pastor to Children at Mariners Church in Newport Beach, California. He has a Bachelors Degree in Physics from California State University in Long Beach and a Masters of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. Daniel, his wife Marla and their two children Brittany and Caleb reside in Temecula, California.

Joe serves as the Vice President of International Ministries in the EGM-US office. In this role, he helps to provide direction for the international ministries team. This includes leadership development of the regional directors and regional resource teams, as well as coaching developing boards in EGM’s worldwide ministry. Krysten serves as the Regional Director for Latin America in the EGM-US office, supporting the existing ministry in Chile and helping to develop new ministries in Latin America. She is a teacher by profession and brings her teaching experience along with her love for children to the ministry. She has a heart for Latin America and has participated in numerous short term mission trips to this region and lived in Argentina for 2 years working with YWAM (Youth With A Mission). She has recently completed her Masters degree in Education, with an emphasis in Diversity at California State University in Fullerton.  To find out where Krysten is now, click here.

John and Heather moved to Peru in July 2007, where they are currently doing field research.  They started their ministry with EGM by serving as short-term volunteers for several years in the US and Eastern Europe.  They served three years on the EGM-US staff prior to moving to South America.

John has a life-long calling to children rooted in the ministry of EGM.  Before joining EGM's staff, he earned a Master's degree in Education and directed the children's ministry of his church for four years.

Heather discovered EGM in 1998 and in preparation for this ministry, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies and Global Studies in addition to her California teaching credential for primary school.  She has ministered to children for 11 years.

John and Heather are committed to expand and support the work of EGM in Latin America.  They live in Lima, Peru with their three children, Eliana, Josiah, and Michaela.  To read more about their family and ministry, click here.

Igor serves as the Eastern Europe Regional Resource Team Director.  He is actively involved in the process of establishing EGM work in Ukraine and serves as the EGM-US representative on the Board of Directors of EGM-Belarus.

Prior to serving with EGM, Igor spent 11 years developing, publishing, and distributing devotional materials for Christians in Eastern Europe.  About 12 years ago, Igor and his wife Natasha, as a family, began touching the lives of children with God's love through a counseling ministry.  Over the last three years Igor has been involved in leading children's camps with the local church where he serves as a preacher and elder.

Igor received as Master of Arts degree in Practical Theology from TCM International Insitute and continues his Master of Divinity degree studies.

Igor and Natasha currently live in the city of Minsk, which is the capital of Belarus.

Alex serves as the Central Europe Resource Team Director, working to establish, develop, and support the National Ministry Teams in the region.  The main goal is to lead the Resource Team in assisting the National Ministry Teams in fulfulling EGM's purpose - to transform children in Christ through His church.  Alex is representing EGM by serving on the board of directors of ReMa (EGM-Hungary).

Prior to joining the EGM staff, Alex was involved in children's ministry in different ways for the past 17 years.  He started volunteering with children in the old orphanages left over from the communist regime.  Before joining the EGM staff, he served seven years as the national leader for a Christian organization that was involved in child evangelism, camp ministry,equipping leaders for children and camp ministries, publishing Christian books for children, and developing resources for children's workers.  He is actively involved in his church with the children's ministry and the finance department.  Alex has a bachelor of Pastoral Theology from the Baptist Institute in Bucharest and a degree in Psychology (major in Special Education) from the University of Bucharest.

He resides in Bucharest, Romania with his wife, Cami and two sons, Alexandru and Bogdan.

Melissa serves as the International Curriculum Coordinator in the EGM-US office, working to develop nine years worth of Sunday School Materials.  These materials will be sent to our parnter ministries to adapt and complete.  Melissa has a Masters degree in Christian Education from Talbot Seminary.  She has spent the last 6 years serving within Chidren's ministry roles.  Her previous experience has given her a heart for children and those who minister to children within the church.  She is looking forward to seeing the curriculum project complete and being used by children's workers all over the world.

Stuart serves as the Director of Development Systems in the EGM-US office, which allows him to communicate with existing donors about how God is using them to transform the lives of children around the world.  He also maintains the information technology in the office as well as oversees the Relationship Management Database project.  Stuart has served in children's ministry for over 12 years as a Children's Ministry Director in a church in Missouri and as Associate Director of Administration and Finance with another international children's ministry.  He received his bachelors degree in Business Management and Economics from Huntington University in Indiana.  He currently resides in Murrieta, CA with his wife Judy and three sons, Wade, Seth, and Levi.
